Our history
The Träskända farm, where our historic barn is located, lies in the scenic area of Tenala – just over an hour from Helsinki and about the same distance from Turku. Torparrian has roots that go far back and has, over the years, developed from a traditional farm into a vibrant meeting place for music, dance, and community.
During the summer, the farm comes alive as bands play live and create a wonderful atmosphere under the open sky. It doesn't take long before the great music gets guests moving – sometimes spontaneously and sometimes as part of a truly festive dance evening.
Our philosophy
We want to create a place where music, movement, and community are at the center. Everyone is welcome here – whether you come to dance, listen to music, enjoy the sauna, or just relax in the beautiful surroundings and enjoy good food.
Our extra meaty grilled sausage has become a real favorite and is only available here. All meat comes from our own farm, and we place great emphasis on quality and local roots.
